Day 01 :
Kathmandu to Lukla, Trek to Phakding
  • Flight: 30–40 minutes to Lukla (2,800m).
  • Trek: 3–4 hours to Phakding (2,610m).
  • Highlights: Scenic mountain flight, downhill trek through small villages.
Day 02 :
Phakding to Namche Bazaar
  • Trek: 6–7 hours to Namche Bazaar (3,440m).
  • Highlights: Suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River, first view of Everest.
Day 03 :
Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar
  • Activity: Day hike to Everest View Hotel (3,880m) or explore Namche Bazaar.
  • Purpose: Adjust to the altitude, visit museums and local markets.
Day 04 :
Namche Bazaar to Tengboche
  • Trek: 5–6 hours to Tengboche (3,860m).
  • Highlights: Tengboche Monastery, stunning views of Ama Dablam and Everest.
Day 05 :
Tengboche to Dingboche
  • Trek: 5–6 hours to Dingboche (4,410m).
  • Highlights: Views of Lhotse and Island Peak, cross the Imja River.
Day 06 :
Acclimatization in Dingboche
